CREDIT CONTROL LLC (CUNT-TROLL) CALLS THE WRONG PEOPLE AND WON'T STOP!
They called our office. A wrong number. They
were looking for another business or person altogether. Their system was
asking for some business we have no association with. The calls came in 10
then 20 then 30 then over 50 calls per day. And we could not simply hang
up, it would ring our system for minutes on end every single time they called
regardless of how many times we tried to disconnect . We were at the point where
we literally could not take our own business calls due to CreditControl LLC out
of control harassment system.
When trying to explain and stop the calls, we
were exposed to some of the most childish, delinquent, asinine,
stubborn, disbelieving, inept, ineffectual, rude and ignorant people we
have ever engaged with.
Experts inform us that any collection agency should be able to answer the

am on a payment plan. I have called multiple times and no one seems to
have an answer. They tell me “I will send a request for one “. This has
become extremely frustrating. It’s been over a month and I can’t get a
simple letter. This is the only thing that is holding my mortgage from

regarding a derogatory ****** account. I have requested validation
bearing my signature. They have failed to provide this information,
therefore I am asking for this ****** account to be removed from my
credit reports immediately.
On 5/2/2019 Credit Control, LLC l******

inaccurate entry on my ********** credit report. I have never done
business with or received communication from Credit Control LLC at any
point. This is a clear-cut violation of FCRA rules as I was never
allowed the opportunity to dispute the alleged debt. In fact to this day
I have received no communication from Credit Control LLC, they just
listed this account without following FCRA guidelines I want this
account removed immediately and I am considering pursuing further legal
action. I have also filed complaints with the FTC, CFPB and I am
investigating legal options
THIS IS A SCAM COLLECTION AGENCY. THEY
BUY DEAD OR CLOSED DEBTS FOR PENNIES AND THEN TRY TO REINSTATE THE DEBT
AND LIE TO THE CONSUMER THAT THEY OWE THE DEBT WHEN THEY DONT. THEY WILL
CONTINUE TO BE REPORTED AND ANY COMPANY THEY SELL THIS CLOSED DEBT TO

I am having exactly the same issue as
over 60 other complaints to the Better Business Bureau about this
Company. I received a letter from them dated February 2019 for a 2017
hospital bill in the amount of $500. I already have paid this hospital
bill through my insurance; as well as settling over $1200 in medical
bills accrued for ******** ******** ******** ** ********** ** through
**** another collection agency and I am paid in full. This is apparently
a DUPLICATE bill picked up by this collection agency trying to collect a
duplicate payment. I request a CEASE and DESIST placed with this company
to stop contact and collection. Thank you very much.
I received a
notice in the mail dated 3/26/2019 about an issue that I don't know
anything about. This is the second time this is happening but from a
different company. I don't know what type of a scam this is or if these
companies are all one in the same but I need all communications about
this alleged debt to STOP.
I am being sent letters from this
company for a debt that I have never had, nor heard of. This is the
second unknown company that has sent me harassing letters in the mail,
demanding money, that I have never owed. I don't even know who the
company is that this debt is listed with. I was told it was from a
college in a state that I've never lived in or gone to. This does not
make any since and it seems lie this fake debt is just being forwarded
around to a bunch of random collectors, which keep sending all of these
harassing letters. This needs to stop.
I keep getting phone calls from this
company. I spoke with a Miss Hall and told her to remove my phone
numbers and to quit calling me. Today I received another phone call.
Please stop calling me. I do not owe this debt.

I would not recommend this company.
Employees are disposable and not valued. Labor law violations occur.
Recently there has been upticks in outburst in the work place and heavy
odors of criminal mischief.
Not the best place to work full time:

Started as a great
place to work, however over the course of about a year you start to see
everything go downhill quickly. You are promised a competitive pay rate
and the ability to move up, and you watch as less qualified individuals
are moved up quicker on a basis of their looks instead of their skills.
You are threatened with being fired or demoted with no merit for it.
Managers encourage not only competitiveness but hostility within the
workplace. There is no sick pay, and if you call out for 3 consecutive
days, you are fired. You are however told that you can be rehired in 30
days. The workplace itself is dirty. Air vents have not been cleaned in
years. The only cleaning that happens is the trash is emptied nightly.
Overall not a healthy physically or mentally environment. The schedule
is unhealthy for the human body as well. 2 days a week at 5-2 or 8-5, 2
days at 11-8, and a quick turn around if you happen to work late shift
Thursday to 8-12 or 5-9 Friday morning. Weekends are alternate with
every other being half Friday half Saturday, the alternating weeks are a
full 8 hour shift on Friday and the weekend off. However, the way the
shifts are set, you only average 6 days off a month, if you choose not
to work Sundays, if you do work Sundays, you have less than that off
work a month.

This place does nothing but lie to
your face and stab you in the back. It's a shame because I actually
started off loving it there and then I started to see what they were
really all about.
The pay is garbage:
If you been on the job for 6 months and
you have not hit your goal they will decrease your pay by 2 dollars an
hour so not only the new employees are making bonus checks your not..
they have the dialer set up so that only new employees and employees
that been there for 2 or more years are receiving all of the inbound
calls from debtors calling in to pay their bill while everyone else are
scrambling to hope to catch an inbound to hope it's from a letter
Memphis call center for credit control is awful:

Literilly awful. These are the same people that were there when they
were the old company RAB and all they do is lie and so favortism. One of
the supervisors is awful she is very unprofessional and she takes
everything personal. It's only a few people that hit quota every month
and those are the people that steal accounts. They state that they have
an open door policy but they do nothing about the issues that you tell
them about. When credit control bought out RAB they don't know the have
of what they've gottent themselves into because until they get new
management it's still the same company only a different name.
Supervisors talk on their cell phone at their desk and it's just a very
negative atmposphere. They hire back old employees that were fired from
RAB it's just a complete nightmare.
Not a good place to work:
This has to be one of the worst
places I have every worked. The management team don't know how to talk
to people they can be very rude at time. The best thing about this place
is the pay and benefits.This company is really unorganized and
unprofessional, the coworkers are very nice as well as helpful.Doing my
short time there I have seen more people quit then get hired, I wouldn't
recommend anyone to work there if they are not rued and unprofessional.
I think the management team need sensitivity training, and people skills
then maybe they will keep more people in their company.
Can't speak for other departments but do not go to chase
unless you like making your base pay rate and the managers are
unprofessional and not qualified to be in the roles.
